What could I do full-time on evenings?

I am 18 years old, and am taking online college courses, majoring in Business Administration.
I have 2 jobs, my first one is at a pizza place, I work inside during the week, and deliver on Saturdays and Sundays. I love delivering, it is very enjoyable, the money is good, etc. However, I hate working inside. I feel like the hired slave, literally. I do too much work for almost no pay, and customers treat me like I'm dirt under their shoes because I am a "food worker". When I work inside, I am the definition of underpaid and underappreciated.
My second job is during the day M-F, as a PT Retail Merchandiser. I love this job, I really enjoy it, the work is not hard, I have a great supervisor, and super-flexible hours. I literally set my own schedule, just so long as I get my projects done by the date they are to be completed by.

So my dilemma is this:
I absolutely hate my job of working inside at the pizza place during the week. It is seriously bringing me down, I find it harder and harder each day to be happy, cause I know I'm going to have to go in 2-3 evenings and be my manager's personal slave. I have asked for full-time driving hours, but she told me no because she needs me to work inside. And I can't just quit, because slave labor or not, I need the hours/money.
So I am at the point where I have to quit. I want to quit during the week, and just drive on the weekends. But I need to find another job first. I would also like it to be full-time because I don't like having evenings off. What could I possibly do full-time on evenings?
I am looking for something that pays at least k a year, not working in a restaurant or anything Industrial. Retail is OK, but NO restaurants.
Any suggestions?
I am also not interested in any online or work-from-home jobs. No matter how many guarantees or proofs of payment there are, I will never trust any of these programs. Thank you anyway though.
Also please don't tell me "Oh it's only 2 nights a week, you can deal with it." No, I can't. I have been doing it for almost 4 years, and have finally had enough. It's also not just 2 days, there are many weeks when I am scheduled 4 nights inside. Either way, I can't do it anymore, and need to get out.

    How about bartending?
    Driving a cab?
    Security guard?
    Working reception at a hotel?

Evening custodial work pays really well. You also get paid by the job, so if you’re a fast worker you can work fewer hours for the same pay as someone who takes longer.

How about being a security guard. Also to my knowledge the census bureau is hiring temporary workers. They pay in excess of $12.00 hr and pay an auto allowance also. The job is about a year in length.
