I just need to brush up on some of my Accounting skills but finding a free online Accounting courses is not an easy job. Do you know where I can find free courses? Thanks.

Many free online Accounting courses have the same curriculum as their classroom counterparts without a formal schedule. Free Accounting courses are usually offered on a non-credit basis through a college’s or university’s open courseware program.
Free Open Courseware Accounting Courses at Colleges and Universities
Open courseware Accounting classes offer a better understanding of Accounting principles and procedures. These courses focus on accounting regulations, financial accounting, introduction to managerial accounting, statistics, taxation and information systems. The following schools offer free online Accounting courses:

Free Small Business Administration Accounting Courses
Although Open Courseware is an excellent avenue for finding free online Accounting courses, it is not the only place. The Small Business Administration, http://www.sba.gov, offers several free Accounting courses that introduce Accounting principles, assess financial needs and prepare students for compiling loan packages.
These courses are designed to help individuals and prospective entrepreneurs understand the basics of Accounting and finance. Each course is self-paced and lasts approximately 30 minutes.
I think you should go to google, and type in UCLA OID.
It’s the UCLA office of instructional development or something. They have old classes, from 2006, 2007, 2008 in Real Media format. I have been watching the class on Money & Banking with professor Dean Baim. He’s awesome, and the video courses are like finding treasure in your backyard.
I don’t know why they don’t keep their courses on lockdown, but it’s a real opportunity for anyone willing to go the extra mile to be all they can be!
