Moving to Texas and Getting a Real Estate License?
I am moving to Texas and need to get my RE license there. It says there are 210 classroom hours i need to do.. Cant these be waived if I have taken college courses in RE or have a B.A in Business? Also is there anyway to take the course online? If i have a license in another state would i be able to skip the classes and just take the test?
Thanks

TX has the toughest real estate licensing requirements in the nation. Your college courses may help but probalby won’t cover all of the educational requirements. There’s no way to bypass the educational requirements, even if you are a licensed broker from another state.
Not sure about waiving it, but you can do it all at home at "Champion School of Real Estate".
