I'm an undergraduate at UC San Diego studying biology. Are there any places I can take cheap online courses (upper division) that will satisfy requirements for my major?

usually, no. Most of those classes only exist at UCSD and its hard to say if the course is the same.
Its less complicated to do it at UCSD
