you could stop lying that would be a start, no one wants to employ someone who points out all the lies in thier cv in the first 5 mins of a interview.
the bacjk ground checks are not extensive as there is little jobs around at the moment
have you thought of starting up your own company in accounts/administration
go to yell.com or on line tatger job agencies who work with employers in your field of expertise
go to internet and see job sites like monster.com etc
