Also, He Has Consent Of Me And My Wife. Is 13, A "Legal Age" To Have His Name Put Down As The Actual "Owner" On Legal Paperwork? Or Would I Legally Have To Put My Name On Paperwork, And Of Course Then Give Him The Control?
