I am looking for web sites that offer free courses in computer or business administration studies or just in art that are free and available online.

I am 24 years old and was about 2 years away from getting my BA degree from University of Phoenix Online before I decided to go for a major change. I changed my major from Business Administration to Nursing. I went back to community college to satisfy various science and math prerequisites in order to be ahead of the game, thus having only nursing courses to complete all the way up to receiving my BSN (i.e. I would get my ASN from a community college first, then work as a RN and go to school to receive my BSN).

I'm currently studying to take the HESI entrance exam in order to be accepted into a nursing school. Meanwhile, I'm having second thoughts. Now, what persuaded me to want to become a nurse was the career stability, as far as occupation demand and lucrative pay. While I feel like being a nurse is something I could do and grow to love (I also naturally like to help people), it wasn't my first or main reason I chose the career.

I'm having second thoughts because what I really want to do is travel. I love to travel and it has been my passion growing up. I need help finding lucrative careers that are in demand involving traveling. In all honesty, I used to want to be a flight attendant.

Help me please, before I make a decision that may hunt me for the rest of my life.

Take in mind I have no job experience and this is for an entry level job.

Objective:Resort technician

Summary:I care very deeply for animals, and I hope to eventually have a life career as a Veterinary Assistant. I believe this position would be a great opportunity to get started in that field and gain experience in working with animals. I am perfectly comfortable with messy/cleaning tasks and I am aware that bites/scratches can and probably will occur. As a pet owner, I realize how important it is to be able to trust strangers with your pet, and I take that responsibility very seriously.

Education:Troy University in Montgomery
Currently working on Associate’s of Science in General Education with concentration in Business Administration.

Gatlin Educational Services
This is a personal enrichment Veterinary Assistant course I am completing online to expand my knowledge of the Veterinary office environment and animal anatomy.

Experience:I have no prior job experience, but I am very capable of working by myself or with a team to complete required tasks in a set time. In high school I was a library media aid. The experience taught me to complete a set list of tasks daily, how to interact and help other students (a lot of whom I was complete strangers with), and how to keep an area well organized and clean.

These are my interests, in no particular order, of course. Im considering majors in business administration, marketing, management, finance, economics, or high school teaching. I also like the idea of being my own boss or leader. i read somewhere that economics kind of round all of the business part up, so im thinking an economics major.. But I've been researching online and it might be hard to find a business job with that plus, an article said the economics teacher might be the loneliest of all teachers.. economics can take me into two different routes, such as the business field, or the teaching field. I can also major in mathematics, but I cant think of anything else they can do besides mathematician for the government. i want to find a major that will open many doors and opportunities. Kind of like a back up plan..

I've been looking into getting my degree online, so I can further my career. I was told that I would need a degree (B.S.) in Health Sciences. However when I look at the courses for a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences it seems to extensive for what I want to do. The Associates degree for Health Sciences would be better suited for my needs...but I was told I need a Bachelor's degree. So my question is if I were to get my Associates degree in Health Sciences, could I then get a Bachelor's degree in another field...say Business Administration by adding more courses? Or would I have to go to school twice? I am so confused, please help!!!!
So maybe I wasn't clear enough. I am in restaurant mgmt and want to move to my companies personal "health department" - so to speak. They are the people within the company that inspect the restaurants, and ensure they are safe and clean. The ultimate goal is to become a manager in that department. To get there however, I would need to get become a GM first. That's where the Business Admin (with a concentration in Hospitality Mgmt)comes in. So from what I understand...if I take an english 101 or college math, etc. for my Associates, I wouldn't have to take that class again; because it would count towards my Bachelor's. Is this correct? In essence, I would shave off some of the neccesary credits, because I would have already taken the course, right?
