It is just absolutely confusing googling everything so I thought I would ask on here, does anyone know the cheapest cost per credit hour for an online college in the above described business degree?

What do I need to do to start my own business (details inside)?

I am planning on starting a business with my step-mom, we want to own a business buying houses, etc. (foreclosures and other properties) and re-selling them via lease-to-own. I plan to take a real estate course online through British Columbia University that will essentially teach me the ins and outs being a real estate agent. My question is do I need to take this? Is it necessary for me to spend the time and money on this course and the testing to get a certificate that I won't use?

I also would like to own rental properties by myself, and I know that this course really isn't necessary for this goal.

My step mom has a business degree so she understands that aspect, so really it is up to me to understand (and teach her) the other part of it.

What do you all suggest?
Thank you for the answers, they in turn have raised another question. I'm glad to know I was right in thinking the real estate course wasn't right for me. What I don't really understand is what is my niche market? I think my problem thus far has been that I don't know what title I would have and therefore have no idea what to look up program wise.

I did very poorly my first semester at college. I did so bad that I can't even make it in to the school I WANTED to go to. I completely lost it and have no idea what to do. I honestly have strong reason for not wanting to attend my current college for another semester. It would be my very last option. I am also going through a hard time emotional right now as well.

There are three classes I failed. I was going and accepted into elementary ed program and realized halfway through I didn't want to be a teacher. I would love to do something with web-design, graphics, or even just a business degree for now. The problem is I can't make it into the college I want. I was wondering if I took online course at University of Phoenix if I could make up for the grades or raise my GPA high enough to get into the college I want. Does anyone know anything about online classes or other options besides going back to my current school?

Do i really need a business concentration?

If i get a finance concentration, i will have to drop my Speech and Hearing Sciences minor which i really want to persue with a masters. I will also have one extra year of school because i didnt take the pre-reqs last semester due to some health issues. i had to take online courses and the course i needed wasnt offered. Im now thinking of the general BBA as an option. Could i still find work? I know a year isnt much but it seems like forever living where i live. I just want any degree and then to get outta town. There is not even employment around here. Only at the university itself. Any thoughts? Anyone just get the general business degree?

I plan on taking some online college courses from the University of Phoenix to pursue a business degree sine i am busy working for the military. From what i heard UoP is a great online university and they are nationally accredited but do employers like them the same way as a traditional degree you get from the actual university campus?

I am taking up an Online Degree program of BS in Business Mgmt with Phoenix University but before I do so I have these doubts in mind about the differences in a Online Degree and a Traditional Classroom Degree , request you guys to help me out :

1. Is there any difference between the Diploma document of the Phoenix University Online program and on-the-campus Degree , if so what are they ?

2. Does this Online Degree Diploma of PU say "Online" or "Distance learning" mentioned on the Diploma or any University campus name mentioned on the PU Diploma ?

3. I would like to know How many yrs course is the BS in Buisness Mgmt with Phoenix university and how many Transcripts do i get for this program ?

Should I take courses at a local college, online, or just read books. What are the essential things to study?
