What are the top 100% online web site colleges for obtaining Master's of Education degree?

I would like to enroll in a 100% online web site Master's program. It needs to be completely online. What colleges are the top 2 for completely online Master's of Education program? Were you happy with everything, the web site, response to your questions to your counselor and personnel at the school? The amount does not matter to me, it is the quality of the program. Thank you.
Do online colleges also start their terms at particular times of the year, such as August or January, or can I enroll at any time of the year?

Hey, I'm currently a Freshman at UIC, majoring in Chemistry for Medicine and I'd like to get a few Gen-eds out of the way. Since I find lectures useless anyway, I'd love it if they had online, transferrable courses that I could buy the books for and take at home (I was thinking of History maybe). Does such an amazing service exist?

What online schools offer shortened 5-week courses (Other than Univ of Phoenix)?

I've looked around and so far the only 5-week online Spanish courses from an accredited college is University of Phoenix. Because of some technicalities, I can't take the course I want, but am looking for any other online courses that would meet this requirement. Thanks

Due to my busy schedule, I'm interested in doing online courses. I also have a 9 month old son and a full time job, so it's not going to work if I go to college in person. I already know the cons, so I will like to know the advantages of online colleges.

I want to take some online course at Mt Hood Community College. I live over an hour away and work full time with a lot of last minute overtime so It will be really hard to make it to classes. Do you have to be on the computer at specific times or can you do the work when you have time.

I was looking around online at different colleges and heard/ found out about Ball State University in Indiana. I love the courses such as....music, interior/ fashion design, business management and photography. Does anyone know of any other colleges that offer these same courses? It doesn't really matter what state the college is in either.

International Business/Finance online colleges & opportunities?

Does any one know of an online school that is regionally accredited that is affordable (preferably no more than 0/credit) and offers bachelor degrees in either International Business or Finance?

Any one know of any opportunities working in Japan with these?

I teach myself Japanese. I've finished about 2yrs of study with a knowledge of 800 kanji and beginning Intermediate grammar topics. I have 60+ Japanese magazines, 30 or so Japanese novels and of course tons of textbooks/reference books. So I'm pretty set on learning the language.

I want to know what kind of opportunites are available with a business degree in Japan. International or finance is my interest, I can't see how accounting would be useful going overseas since I would learn the american system of accounting and it's apparently different in international realms.

Or any recommendations/information on opportunites, requirements, degrees, etc. would be especially welcome.
